About: Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from LeMoyne-Owen College. He spent fourteen years at Lifetouch as a Senior Director, leading sales and operations for Target Portrait Studios. He then joined Verified Credentials, where he served for twelve years as Vice President of Client Services — overseeing efforts to optimize communication, streamline workflows, and consistently deliver a remarkable client experience. Keith brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience in operations and client services to the StrategicSource team.
Role at StrategicSource: Keith leads and develops the StrategicSource Operations team with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience that reflects the company’s vision and mission. He continuously identifies and implements process improvements that anticipate client needs, drive operational efficiency, strengthen profitability, build customer loyalty, and support new client acquisition.
Keith believes that a strong team culture is the foundation of operational excellence. He leads by developing people, improving the client experience, and driving profitability — while keeping both internal and external customer objectives at the center of every decision.
Beyond the Office: Keith has been married for over thirty years and is the proud father of two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and giving back through volunteer work. An avid golfer, Keith has set a personal goal to play a round in all fifty U.S. states — a bucket list pursuit that keeps him both competitive and adventurous.
