About: Chris is a results-driven executive with over 25 years of experience in new business development, client services, operations, contract negotiations, and spend management. He has been with StrategicSource for 11 years and previously owned a wholesale distribution company operating across Minnesota, Arizona, and Colorado for 17 years. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Dakota.
Role at StrategicSource: As Sr. Vice President of New Business Development, Chris drives new sales opportunities and business alliances while providing spend management consulting, industry insights, and best practices. He frequently speaks to automotive 20 groups and management teams on topics including strategic sourcing, expense reduction, contract management, and supplier auditing.
Beyond the Office: Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling with family, running, golfing, biking, and aviation. He is a commercially rated pilot with instrument and multi-engine ratings and served as a flight instructor at UND’s Center for Aerospace Sciences.
