She brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to building businesses, developing high-performing teams, and driving sustainable, profitable growth.
Role at StrategicSource: As CEO and CFO of StrategicSource, Stephanie leads the company’s overall strategy, culture, growth, and organizational performance. She also oversees financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, and risk management while partnering with the leadership team to strengthen execution, deliver exceptional client outcomes, and support the company’s long-term success.
She received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha while playing basketball on a scholarship. She also completed her MBA at the University of NE.
Beyond the Office: Outside of work, Stephanie is a wife and mother of four, a former college basketball player, and an active youth basketball coach. She enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children’s activities, building businesses, and helping individuals and teams reach their full potential.
