12 month review of all supply and services spend, categorized by roughly 130 spend categories, including supplier counts by category. Deliverables include a spend map by categories in alpha order, spend descending and a draft sourcing workplan. An invaluable tool for planning sourcing work and cost reduction efforts and forecasting new profitability.
Sourcing Project
Initiation of a sourcing project for a repetitive or one time purchase for one geographic location. Project work includes requirements definition, gathering of invoices, contract if applicable, quoting, analysis, recommendation and presentation to client team. Insurance projects may be priced at a higher rate due to complexity and timing required.
Supplier Audit
Supplier price and term audit to compare current supplier pricing to quote or original contact pricing. Deliverable includes one category, invoice(contract) collection, comparison of current charges to the current pricing(document), an analysis of the audit results and a report of supplier audit compliance to client team.
