Atlantic wanted assurance that the most competitive solutions were developed, invoicing was correct and process improvement opportunities were defined. Atlantic wanted to drive internal efficiencies and effectiveness and wanted to lead in the highly competitive New York market.


Over 50 category solutions were developed and implemented, multiple process improvements have been initiated often times using the current, incumbent supplier with no changes required. The audit process alone has recovered thousands of dollars in telecom and related savings, and bottom line cost savings impact is well beyond $1.1MM
