StrategicSource recommended their Cost Reduction Services engagement which provides a tactical, in-depth review of selected expense categories including a review of the agreement, pricing, business terms and service levels.


While some expense categories revealed minimal opportunity for improvement, other expense categories
revealed cost savings opportunities of nearly $790K in annual savings in year one, some of which could be achieved using
new pricing with existing suppliers, requiring no supplier changes at all. The results again exceeded the original business objectives.
