StrategicSource is a spend management service where we quote and renegotiate with our clients’ vendors on their behalf. There are many departments within StrategicSource that all play important roles. The client support team is responsible for scanning vendor invoices and contracts, the assessment team codes and classifies the vendor spend, and the client services team reports bi-weekly or monthly to our clients giving them an update on their expenses. The implementation team implements each solution our sourcing team provides, and the audit team ensures our clients’ vendors are charging the correct prices and applying the correct business terms that StrategicSource has locked in for them.
